About Us

The Gold Coast Sikh Association Inc traces its humble beginnings to Saturday, 11th June 2005 when just over a dozen families gathered together for the very first monthly Gurdwara at the Robina Community Centre. Since then, its congregation has grown from strength to strength. This is the first Community owned Gurudwara on the Gold Coast which is run by elected memebers of comitte via democratic process.
This current site was puchased on Jan 2018. Renovations began thereafter with the help of funds from wider community. At present, main Darbar sahib hall is finished where regular gatherings take place every weekend. This is the first Community owned Gurudwara on the Gold Coast.
